AJ PR
a full service boutique public relations firm
Who We Are
Andrew Joseph splits his time between a pied-à-terre in Manhattan and a home in the Hudson Valley, where he pours himself into his garden when not plotting the next big moment for his clients. With over twenty five years in publishing and public relations, Andrew is a strategic partner for home and design brands and designers looking to elevate their visibility in a crowded market.
He began his career at Condé Nast, working in fashion and beauty with Vanity Fair and Allure, where he gained a firsthand understanding of editorial structure and storytelling. He then transitioned into fashion and beauty public relations, where he spent several years managing press strategies and product launches for both legacy and emerging labels. Eventually, his passion for interiors and architecture led him to a boutique agency representing architects, designers, and luxury home brands. That experience shaped his approach to design PR and gave him a deep understanding of the industry. After five years in that role, Andrew launched Andrew Joseph PR in 2012.
Today, Andrew leads a stellar and dedicated team with a global point of view. Together, they represent clients across the U.S., Europe, and South America, building brands from the ground up and reintroducing established names with fresh perspective and resonance. Their approach blends traditional communications with social media strategy, relationship-building, and powerful storytelling to help clients stand out and grow with purpose.
Returning to his editorial roots, Andrew was named a contributing editor at aspire design & home in 2018. In addition to his long-running “Maker Monday” and “Designer Friday” Q&A series spotlighting both fresh and established voices in design, he also launched the DesignHer series, celebrating women who are shaping the future of the design industry.

Our Logo
Everyone always asks, “why the serpent?” The snake animal meaning is powerfully connected to life force and primal energy. In many cultures, it is revered as a powerful totem representing the source of life. The serpent, or snake, is one of the oldest and most widespread mythological symbols. Historically, serpents and snakes represent fertility or a creative life force. As snakes shed their skin through sloughing, they are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing. The parallel is obvious to us at Andrew Joseph PR, one has to reinvent, reimagine and recreate oneself to remain modern, relevant and ahead of the curve
